We spent the morning at Tilden Park in Berkeley, and got to ride the mini steam
train for the first time! So much fun, for only $2!

I went through and cleared all of the "baby" toys from Max's stash yesterday; no more Little People or rattles! We've officialy entered the age of choke hazard pieces, and celebrated by bringing out this awesome train set, a hand-me-down from Cousin Faith!
Geoffrey wanted to get in on the action by playing the damsel in distress on the tracks!

A pre-dinner trip to the park, with a little kite flying, a little slide sliding and,
of course, a bunch of swing swinging!

We got to go to the Giants game yesterday, and Max was thrilled to discover he's now
big enough and old enough (3 years and 36") for the big Coca-Cola slides at the ballpark!

We did Max's birthday shirt photo this morning, carrying on a tradition my mom started
with me. His big day isn't actually until Sunday, but this was a perfect day for
Thursday #157 as well!

We set aside a few of the toys he got for Christmas, to dole them out over the few
months between Christmas and his birthday. "Helping" me clean last night,
